the hive manchester (2007 – 2010)
In June 2007, myself and designer Adam Coward entered into a competition to design the facade of a new creative workspace in the norther quarters of greater Manchester. The Hive is part of a city regeneration project run by Argent. We were invited up to Manchester to workshop our idea with designer Peter Saville, and in 2008 we won the competition. The Hive is now finished and inhabited by HKR and The Arts Council.

bowtime (2009)
Another brief with design led production company Bright Green Productions. We were approached by experiential marketing company RPM to provide designs and production solutions for the Strongbow structure at both the Isle of Wight and V Festivals the year.
This is a project in which I was involved in from start to finish… providing RPM with ideas and visuals to secure the brief, then moving on to design, build and plan the installation with the Bright Green team.

[re]design are a social enterprise that propagate sustainable actions through design. They seek out and promote products and projects that are friendly to people and planet, and partner with a wide range of organizations to pioneer sustainable innovation.
In 2007 I joined the lovely [re]design team to work on ‘contains‘: an exhibition of the ‘ingredients’ that go into making the stuff we invite into our homes?
