personal projects…

A theme that commonly runs through my work is ‘human behavior’. Slightly subversive, sometimes silly, but always considered and original.

brace yourself!

A product for the true exhibitionist! These braces have a hidden button that if unfastened, drop the trousers half way down the thigh… not all the way to the floor.

prescription laughter

You know what they say… laughter is the best medicine. Un-controllable laughter clears frowns and unblocks your smile whilst un-controllable tears clears all hope and releases you inner sadness.

made in 24 hrs

A project organised by Liam Healy as part of London Design Festival 2008. A crack team of ‘Goldsmiths’ designers, specializing in various design disciplines, designing and producing something in 24 hours (without sleep!) ready for a public exhibition the following day.

…an amazing success. Although the objects themselves were crudely produced with some tools that looked like they belonged in a museum, fundamentally the exhibition excellently showcased the kind of thinking and approach to design that Goldsmiths College are renowned for.
